These terms govern your use of this website and our SMS/text-message program. By using the site or opting in to texts you agree to them. All County Pools & Spa Inc is a licensed California contractor (License #1067173).

Use of the website

The content on this site — text, photographs, and design guidance — is provided for general information about our work and may change without notice. Estimates become binding only in a written, signed proposal. You agree not to misuse the site (for example by submitting false inquiries or attempting to disrupt it).

SMS program terms

Program. All County Pools & Spa service updates — conversational and informational text messages about your estimate request, such as a text-back when we miss your call, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling, and follow-ups on your request.

• Opt-in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or by texting our business number first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency varies by the state of your request.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further texts are sent.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or call (818) 720-3316.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your number and consent records is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, All County Pools & Spa Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the SMS program. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California consumer-protection law or the terms of a signed construction contract, which govern any actual work we perform.
